The Ice Cube Car Collection In 2024 Has Classics and Luxury Cruisers

Ice Cube has made it pretty clear that he likes muscle cars and prefers purchasing them and keeping them in stock condition. In his interview with Top Gear, he said, “I’m not the type who’ll go and change the carbs, or change the exhaust. I just don’t get into it like that.”

His garage does include a 1964 Impala which has also made appearances in his music videos. His song "Low Rider" had several classic hot rod cars jumping around as well. Furthermore, O'Shea Jackson Sr. believes that cars are, “a big signature on your personality”.

He has added that “Cars are a status symbol from the neighborhood that I come from”. That is why he started with a humble 1969 Volkswagen Beetle as his first car but ended up with a Rolls-Royce Ghost. Besides that, the Ice Cube car collection also features the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. 

6. Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

In 2016, Top Gear reported that Ice Cube had a new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. However, it was not revealed which model year he owns. Considering the date of publication, he likely owns the 2016 model. Meanwhile, the exact specs of the car also remain unknown. However, we at least know that Rapper has kept the car away from any external updates.

Assuming Ice Cube had bought the Corvette Stingray Z51, he would have paid a minimum of $60,400 which was the base price of the car. The Stingray came with a 6.2L V8 which put out 460 horsepower and allowed a 0-60 sprint in 3.8 seconds. The acceleration timing is chopped off by 0.1 seconds with the optional automatic transmission.

5. Cadillac Escalade

Like most celebrities including Oprah Winfrey and Justine Bieber, O’Shea Jackson also owns a Cadillac Escalade. However, the model year and specifications of his 3-row full-size luxury SUV are still a mystery. Having said that, if you are planning to buy the latest Escalade, the starting price is $81,895.

The outgoing 2024 Escalade is still part of the fifth generation that was introduced for the 2021 model year. It comes with a hunky V8 and an automatic transmission. Furthermore, this Caddy can go from 0-60 in just 5.7 seconds and can tow up to 7,700 pounds.

4. Jaguar XJR

Kevin Hart and Ice Cube were in lead roles in Ride Along and its sequel. In the Ride Along 2, both were driving in the French Racing Blue Jaguar XJR car as reported by The Drive. Since the movie came out in 2016, it is likely that it was also the latest 2016 model with a base price of $118,000. Meanwhile, some reports suggest that Jackson is still using the Jaguar.

The 2016 XJR was powered by a Supercharged V8 which put out 550 horsepower. With such sheer power, the XJR becomes a projectile on the road as it does 0-60 in 3.8 seconds. Furthermore, it is equipped with a rear-wheel drive system by default which makes drifting and other stunts easier compared to cars that use an all-wheel drive system.

3. 1964 Chevrolet Impala 

As Slashgear reported, Ice Cube is just among many rappers like Snoop Dog and Dr. Dre who like the 1964 Impala and have used the car in their lyrics and musical videos. O'Shea Jackson/Ice Cube featured a greenish-looking drop-top Impala convertible in his 2009 'It Was A Good Day' song's music video.

He also mentions the same car in his lyrics which goes like "I gotta go 'cause I got me a drop top, And if I hit the switch, I can make the ass drop

There are a few other pictures of Ice Cube with a different colored Impala which had shiny paint. Since we know Ice Cube keeps cars away from modifications, it is likely that he either bought another model a couple of years back or posed for a photo shoot. Regardless, the specs of either of Impalas have not been revealed by any official sources related to the rapper.

That said, the average estimated value of a 1964 Chevrolet Impala (which includes all of its body styles) is $45,523. However, for the specific 1964 Impala SS Convertible model, the auction price can go as high as $83,000 and can even tap into 6-figures.

2. Porsche Panamera

During his conversation with Top Gear, Ice Cube revealed that he had a Porsche Panamera. Besides this, he did not go into too much detail about which model year his car belonged to or what options he selected for it. That being said, the latest 2024 Panamera without a hybrid powertrain has a base price of $101,550 and if you are opting for the all-wheel drive model then it would cost you $108,550.

The 2024 Porsche Panamera sedan is powered by a 2.9L Twin-Turbo V6 engine which churns out 348 horsepower. The Panamera 4 model is also equipped with the same setup but it is 0.3 seconds faster than the base Panamera with a rear-wheel drive system. Meanwhile, the top speed is between 168 to 169 MH if summer tires are used.

1. Rolls-Royce Ghost

Ice Cube has often talked about his Rolls-Royce and also posted pictures with the same on social media on multiple occasions. According to him, “There’s nothing like a Rolls, it’s the feel it gives you”. That being said, which year Jackson purchased this ultra-luxury sedan is not public information yet. We will update it as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Jackson has also purchased other luxury sedans like the Bentley Arnage and Flying Spur sedans but they belong to his wife.

The 2015 Rolls-Royce Ghost had a big chunky V12 engine under the hood which was responsible for 563 horsepower. It was mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, despite weighing over 5,400 lbs, the Ghost sedan cruised from 0 to 60 in just 4.8 seconds. Lastly, the Rolls-Royce Ghost model was discontinued after 2020.
