Mark Wahlberg Owns A Chevy Dealership And An Exceptional Car Collection

Mark Wahlberg’s acting skills need no introduction but he has a few other interests as well. Aside from his stint as a rapper and model at the beginning of his career, the star is also known for his love for automobiles. Before making it to the big stages he was a humble motor mechanic as a teen.

He started with simple jobs like oil changes but soon geared up to tuning. He was pretty good with it and decided to modify some genuine cars and eventually turned towards flipping. He would buy a car, tune it up, sell it for good money then buy a more expensive one. This went on for a while until he became a big name in Hollywood. 

But Mark Wahlberg’s history with cars does not end here and neither is it limited to owning some expensive jewels in his garage. As of now, the actor and producer owns a Chevrolet dealership in the state of Ohio. However, he only likes the brand for his business endeavors as Mark does not own a single Chevy.

 Toyota Sienna: The Mint-Mobile

The Toyota Sienna is probably the car that Mark used the most and he has got a pretty nickname for it. The Mint-Mobile, he calls it as Mark told Ellen on her show that he saved an enormous supply of mints he saved in it. 

The Sienna is from 2015 and it comes with a lot of plush inside the cabin. The minivan offers enough space for eight passengers and the mileage is quite good as well. 

Porsche 911 Carrera: Mark’s oldest friend

The only Porsche model in Mark Wahlberg’s car collection is the Porsche 911 Carrera from 2003. The silver Porsche has been his old friend taking him to important places in style but Mark faced some embarrassment when the 911 suffered an oil leak in 2010. 

The Porsche Carrera comes with one of the best driving experiences and sprints from 0-60 in just 5.7 seconds. That might not be much in the current date but the car he spent $$69,500 on used to be a rockstar in its time. 

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG had its radio stolen

The Mercedes-Benz-SLS AMG is chronologically the successor of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren but in reality, it has more similarities with the  Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing. Mark got it in 2010 for no less than $221,580. 

This is the first luxury car that the actor got and somehow it became an eyesore for his neighborhood. Some people threw stones at it breaking the windows and they even ended up stealing the radio. Mark had to spend extra dollars on this one and learned that it’s better to park the SLS AMG inside the house. 

Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster: The Veteran

Most celebrity car collectors go for the Huracan or Aventador model when bringing a Lamborghini home. Mark Wahlberg went for a veteran Diablo and that too in an unusual color and the same model was even featured in the film “Pain and Gain” in 2013.

The 1999 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster has a purple exterior that suits perfectly with its timeless design. The roaring V12 delivering 529 horses is an extra in this case. 

A Rolls-Royce Cullinan needs no tagline

It is hard to achieve Hollywood celebrity status without owning a Rolls-Royce and the rapper-turned-actor grabbed his Rolls-Royce Cullinan as soon as the first batch came out of production. 

Powered by a twin-turbocharged monstrous V12 engine, the Cullinan offers great performance along with the highest level of luxury. The ultra-expensive SUV brings exclusive features for each individual passenger. 

Bentley Azure T: A limited edition open-top gem

Most of Wlhlberg’s cars are from the last decade but the Bentley Azure T is from the decade before that. The Bentley happens to have all the luxury aspects but what makes it the most exciting is the thrill of driving the open-top. 

The Azure T takes only 5.5 seconds to reach 60 mph from a standstill. What makes us fall in love with the actor and producer is that we have seen him driving the Bentley at a very reasonable speed while his children Ella Rae and Michael were in the back seat. 

Phantom Drophead Coupe because one Rolls-Royce is never enough

Mark also has a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe and it is even more expensive than his other Rolls-Royce. But the $474,600 price tag seems justified since the Phantom DHC is way more stylish than the SUV. 

The two-time Oscar nominee has the 2014 Rolls-Royce in Metropolitan Blue which makes it an instant head-turner. The opulent interior and the roaring performance are just additions here. 

Bentley Mulsanne: A heritage

Mark Wahlberg has another Bentley in his possession which comes in all white. The Bentley Mulsanne from 2014 is a luxury sedan and it was the flagship model for the brand for the entire decade. 

We wouldn’t call the Mulsanne Mark’s daily driver but he takes it for a spin a fair amount of time. Whether he is picking up some groceries or hanging out with friends, Beverly Hills has enough sightings of the actor with his Bentley. 

A West Coast Customs Escalade isn't a common SUV

The Cadillac Escalade is a common SUV for most celebrities. However, Mark’s 2010 Escalade was anything but common. The Cadillac luxury SUV was modified by West Coast Customs from top to bottom and the team transformed it into a “Mobile Office”.

The interior was stripped and redone to make it a suitable workplace for a businessman and West Coast Customs even added adjustments to the wheels and suspension. An extra glossy wrap was added to the exterior but reports suggest that Mark has sent it to the market looking for a new owner. 

Mercedes-AMG One: the costliest from Mark Wahlberg’s car collection

The Mercedes-AMG One is a limited-edition hypercar with just 275 units built. The One was sold out long before production was completed and Mark Wahlberg booked one for himself at the right time. 

The 1.6L turbocharged V6 is enhanced by 4 electric motors and the plug-in hybrid delivers  1,063 horsepower. However, the F1 powertrain does not meet the US road standards meaning, the actor will not be able to drive it in the States.
