The show ran for nine seasons and is often regarded as one of the greatest and most influential sitcoms in the history of American television. 11. 1957 Fiat 500 Chopped Top

We start this list with the 1957 Fiat 500 car that underwent major body changes. It is said that the car and the associated changes cost around $40,000. This car is still a part of the actor’s collection, and he has been spotted multiple times driving it.

The Fiat 500 has the smallest engine in all of his owned cars, and it is the most simple and basic car as well.

The car had a chopped-off top and the front doors gave it a more cutaway styling than a convertible. The roof was replaced with a fabric top. It is said that Jerry Seinfeld got the car in 2008, and also met with a small accident after some time. The accident did not cause any major damage to the car.

10. 1964 Morgan Plus 4

The 1964 Morgan Plus 4 (or +4) is a roadster that reportedly cost the actor $80,000 when he purchased it. The car is finished in a Blue exterior hue, and it has been kept in stock condition since he purchased it. As a unique car collector who loves vintage and rare examples added to his garage, the +4 surely does stand out.

The Morgan company sadly went out of function, and not many examples of this car are left in good condition in the world. The Morgan Plus 4 that belongs to Seinfeld gets an ash wood frame and was shown on the “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” show. This car was used to pick up Stephen Colbert. Compared to roadsters of that day, the +4 was more powerful and engaging.

9. 1967 Austin-Healey 3000 MkIII

The Austin-Healey 3000 MkIII is another import roadster in Jerry’s collection. The car’s value during purchase is not known, but a previous auction of another model places the price at $84,000 for a pristine condition vehicle.

After becoming a part of Jerry Seinfeld's car collection, he maintained the car’s exterior paint and interior finish as it left the factory, and made no changes to it in any way.

The 3000 MkIII was featured in the first episode of “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” wherein Seinfeld picked up Ricky Gervais for coffee. This roadster, unlike the one before, focused more on cruising and comfort instead of performance and the thrill. The car featured wire wheels and had its upholstery done in Ambla vinyl. Production ended around the end of 1967.

8. 1971 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona

Jerry’s yellow 1971 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona is a piece of art, and similar models fetch as high as $661,000 at auctions. It is said that the car had a price of $250,000.

It was also called the Ferrari Daytona, and it is said the name was given by the media to celebrate the car’s 1-2-3 finish at the 24 Hours of Daytona race. The 365 GTB/4 was a two-seater grand tourer Berlinetta model.

The 365 GTB/4 was a limited production car, and Ferrari made only 1,284 units in all the 5 years it was being manufactured. The 365 GTB/4 Daytona is another car that was featured on the “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” show and was used to pick up Amy Schumer. The V12 engine’s rush surely scared the actress, and it looks like the comedian enjoyed it thoroughly.

7. 1986 Porsche 959

The Porsche 959 was a rear-engine sports car that got the all-wheel-drive configuration as standard and had a starting price of $225,000. Jerry’s car is finished with a white exterior, and the elongated body of a Porsche surely looks good for his personality.Also, as a Porsche fan, the 959 was sure to make it to his collection at some time or another. The 959 was not a part of the Porsche cars that Jerry sold a while ago.

The 959 was originally designed as a concept model, but Porsche decided to make 337 units in total. It is said that an additional 8 units were built later on from spare parts. Porsche claimed a 0-60 mph time of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 198 mph for the 959. Back then, this was the fastest production model that was road-legal. Of the 337 made, one model is on display at the Porsche historic hall in Stuttgart.

6. 1976 Lamborghini Countach

The Countach model that is a part of Jerry Seinfeld’s collection is a metallic blue model that costs $1,095,000. This car was also featured in the “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” show, and it picked up none other than Jim Carrey, the Canadian-American actor.

The model is an LP400 variant, and Jerry has kept the car in its stock condition. Initially, the car was shown as a prototype model at the Geneva Auto Show in 1971.

The Countach LP400 is a mid-engine car that was in production from 1974 to 1990. Lamborghini made 1,983 units of the Countach in this period, and the car was assembled in Italy. As a sports car, the LP400 sprinted from 0-62 mph in 5.4 seconds and had a top speed of 179 mph. Lamborghini reused the Countach nameplate in 2022 for a hybridized version of the Sian FKP 37 model.

5. 1969 Lamborghini Miura

Another Lamborghini on this list is the Miura model. This is a rare and highly desired Lamborghini car, as auctions go as high as $2.09 million. One car also sold for $1,720,900.

The Miura owned by Seinfeld is an orange-colored 1969 P400 model. The Miura was seen in the “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” show where it picked up Chris Rock.

The P400 stands for “Posteriore 4 liter” due to its 3.9L engine block. The car on release had a price of $20,000, which was expensive in the 1960s-1970s era. A total of 764 Miura models were made between 1966 to 1973. The top speed was set at 171 mph, and the 0-60 mph run came up in 7 seconds. The Miura was the predecessor to the Countach

4. 1957 BMW 507 Series II

In our terms, though Jerry’s Porsches consists of some of the most unique and rare models, the 1957 BMW 507 Series II is the star of his collection. This roadster is limited to 252 units in the United States and can fetch as high as $2.2 million at auctions.

Jerry Seinfeld’s car is finished in a white exterior finish, and it was used to pick up Academy-Award winner Christoph Waltz for his “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” episode.

A few years ago, one model was auctioned for $1.6 million. The 507 roadsters were built for the American Market as a roadster model based on the 501 and 502 units. BMW expected the car to sell in thousands, but its expensive price of $10,500 caused low sales and resulted in a huge financial loss for the company. Jerry’s Aston was also featured on the “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee”, where it was used to pick up a Seinfeld co-star Juia Louis-Dreyfus. The wheels of the car feature Borrani wires.

The DB5 was very famous as an Aston Martin Bond car. It succeeded the Aston Martin DB4 and was replaced by the Aston Martin DB6. The car had a top speed of 145 mph and sprinted from 0-60 mph in 8.0 seconds. The car had a curb weight of 3,311 lbs and a total of 1,059 units were made from 1963 to 1965.

2. 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing

The most valuable car in Jerry Seinfeld’s car collection is the 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing. The iconic 300SL Gullwing made it on the show “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” to pick up none other than Lorne Micheals.

This 300SL Gullwing has fetched an auction price of $6.825 million. Jerry’s car is finished in white exterior paint and gets tan and beige interior colors with white wheel caps.

According to Seinfeld, the 300SL is “about as perfect as it comes it comes to classic cars”. Mercedes built a total of 1,400 units of the coupe model from 1954 to 1957. The 300SL weighed in at 3,300 lbs and had an initial price of $6,820 in the United States back in the day. The 300SL had a chassis code W198 and was a successor to the W194. Apart from Jerry, other famous personalities like Rob Walker also owned the 300SL.

1. 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder

The most valuable Porsche that Jerry Seinfeld owned was the 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder. This car fetched $5,335,000, the most for all his Porsches when it was put up for auction alongside the 15 other Porsche cars.

The 550 Spyder was auctioned by Gooding and Co. at the Amelia Island sale in 2016, and it laid the foundations for a world record auction price for the 550 Spyder. Sometime later, in 2018, a 1958 550A Spyder model went under the hammer for $5,170,000.

What makes the car so special is that it was the purpose-built race car that dominated the 1.5L race class. Because of its wins, the car was nicknamed “the giant killer”. The car that Jerry sold bore the chassis number 550-0060 and had the engine number 90-063. Apart from Seinfeld, this specific car was owned by collectors Lou Hilton, and Joel Horvitz. In total, Porsche built 90 cars under the 550 tag.
